John & Anton charge archers from the ROM, armed with English LongBows.
Brother vs. Brother, Anton and Dave lock up in a classic half-sword senario.  Both trying to gain the advantage.   A short time later the first of four duels presented by members of OMSG and AEMMA is over.  Dave emerges the victor after grappling Anton to the ground and finishing him.
Dave (AEMMA) lifts his visor and reveals to the crowd that there IS a man in that gaint suit of armour!

Despite the heat, the event went well and was fun for particapants and spectators alike.  Lots of great Jousting action, with several un-horsing over the weekend.  Ground combat demonstrations where provided by AEMMA with support by members of the OMSG.  

Back at the camp, the good times continued with lots of beer and good food.  Not to mention getting the chance to party with our good friends from the Belgium Team Hackmores.
