OMSG Equipment Standards
The Omsg is perdoninantly a 14th century heavy armoured fighting group and it expects its members to fully comply with this mandate or have thier memberships summarily rejected.  To comply with OMSG equipment standards a complete 14 century transitional harness (level 4) is required within a respectable amount of time (somewhere around 1-3 years).  Due to factors such as training experience, cost of aquisition, timelines for manufacture and delivery of equipment, OMSG uses the following four progressive levels of equipment acquisition as a guide to its members.  Members are obligated to move through all these levels and aquire all this equipment if they are to retain thier membership in the OMSG.  This equipment and armour is considered a crucial part of the true practice of medieval European marial arts as taught by the OMSG.
